We will work side by side with client Facilities and IT departments to prepare an RFP (or several RFP’s as required), or if the client has preferred suppliers, work directly with them.
Launch the RFP (working with client team) and collect responses, undertake clarifications and provide evaluation feedback to client to secure the contractor(s) to build and furnish the room.
We will then Project Manage the Contractor to deliver the room in time and on budget ensuring all design considerations are implemented.
